We are converting a 4-unit dilapidated residential building into the first black-owned Pro Sports themed hotel in Ohio. The location of The Victus B&B is less than 5 miles from the NFL Hall of Fame District. The Victus B&B will employ local job seekers, source products and services from local minority entrepreneurs, and raise funds for local charities to fight homelessness.

Victory Baytown | Baytown, TX
We are converting a small residential lot into a micro home village of the future. The Victory Baytown will house families that are at risk of homelessness. The location of The Victory Baytown is less than 1 mile from the new Fed Ex warehouse to offer excellent job opportunities to our tenants. The Victory Baytown will employ local job seekers, source products and services from local minority entrepreneurs, and partner with local nonprofits to raise funds for local charities to fight homelessness.
